Papa Roach is a rock band from Vacaville, California, formed in 1993 and consisting of Jacoby Shaddix, Jerry Horton, Dave Buckner, and Tobin Esperance. They had mostly regional success until their breakthrough with the hit single "Last Resort" from their first major label album, Infest.

August of 2004 saw the release of their third album, Getting Away with Murder. Touring on the immense popularity of the album's second single, "Scars", said to be "the softest song Roach has ever done," Papa Roach have currently sold 1 million albums and have reached platinum status. 2005 has seen continuous touring, including a full United States and European tour.

Papa Roach's 4th major label release "The Paramour Sessions" was released in the United States on September 12th, 2006. The 1st single chosen was "...To Be Loved". Their latest single, and the second from the album, is called "Forever".
