As new bands come and go faster than you can download their single, its rare that one stands out and makes you smile for its timeless charm. Mr Hudson and the library did that to us here at Surge. The Album 'A Tale of Two Cities' came out in 2007 and we spoke to them a few times but this is from our second meeting at the Joiners before their headline gig with support from Remi Nicole.
